Why do all good things come to an end?

Emma came back from Portsmouth yesterday so we decided to go out for one last booze up before the summer ends and we are all back at uni. We decided to go to Guildford cos that meant we could crash at Caz's house which isnt too far from the town center. Caz's friend Jadie, who I met at Caz's birthday party, also decided to join us.

We first went to Flares where we got this yummy cocktail to share between us. It was like vimto and wkds. Then this guy came up to us and started to try chat us all up and convince us to dance. However we didnt need much convincing when Grease Lightning came on. We all got up and tried to follow the dance moves of the two members of staff on the dancefloor demonstarting them. Emma was nearly move perfect. I suspect she has been practising in her bedroom when no one is around. Hee hee!

Then we went to Harpers and Jadie wanted us to go in the back entrance so we didnt have to walk up all the stairs. Unknown to us that it was now the entrance to some strip club. Luckily when we were about to go line up these guys informed us of what we were about to line up for. So the stairs it was. Harpers played some really good music and we danced most of the time. Jadie wanted to go on the pole but it was always occupied. These guys took my camera and started to take photos of themselves which was random but hey I managed to get it back in the end so no harm done.

To finish the night up we went to Time where Emma and I ran into Ashley White. Let me tell you the girl has changed. Her hair looked amazing and she was really lively and gave me a hug saying she barely recognised me. For the rest of the night we basically danced. We also met up with Jadie's friends Aaron and Vicky. Aaron was fun to dance with. He was like "I love the fact that Im a gay guy and all the guys are jealous of me for dancing with you." Lol!

By the end of the night these guys came and sat with Jadie, Caz, Emma and me. One, Luke I think, came up to me and tried to hit on me but I told him about Nathan. Then he said he was cuter than Nathan without a doubt and that he was going to keep hitting on him. My reply was "please dont" and I tried to point him in Jadie's direction as she is single. It didnt work very well. Then this other one said "Your taken right? The beautiful ones are always taken." Apparently Caz ended up giving the same guy her number even though she didnt want to. She is too nice for her own good. Before we left he told me to tell her he really fancied her. When I did so she wasnt too impressed.

Eventually after the taxi ride and a stop off at Tescos we arrived at Caz's and called Matticus. Apparenty he was just about to go to bed and then BAM his phone went. Eeeep! Afterwards we decided to take Jadie's dog Benji for an early morning walk. Benji is soooo cute. He looks like a lab puppy even though he is 4 years old. Eeeeee!!! By around 5 in the morning it was time for bed.

Overall I think this summer has been a lot of fun and Im so happy that I have had my friends cos they always know what to do to make me happy ranging form nights out clubbing to nights in watching Supernatural. Why do all good things come to an end? Saying that I cant wait to go back to Yorky. Basically one more week and then I will be in my lovely new home with goooooooony. I think its pretty fair to say Im excited.

Unrequited Ducky Love

Wow I cant believe it has been so long since I last wrote in my journal. I guess I've just been so busy this past year adapting to my new surroundings and making friends.

Well it is official I have finished my first year studying History of Art at the University of York. So much has happened within this past year that I have no idea really where to start. I have had an amazng year and made so many wonderful new friends and I cant wait to go back in October which is only a few weeks away. Well I say that but I would be looking foreward to uni a whole lot more if I didnt have my examination essay due in on the 10th October. It has to be 4000 words and so far I have about 2500 words. I just cant seem to motivate myself to write it. Its all about the theory that women, to at least some degree, are objectified by art. I go into talking about Hans Bellmer in one paragraph. His 1958 piece called 'Unica' is really shocking in its objectification. He binds this woman up like she is a piece of meat. The female figure becomes a mere object to be observed. Its all to do with his weird fetish! Trust me the man scares me with his doll sculptures and is really creepy in general but at least he is interesting to write about.

I am now a 20 year old which is like a major turning point in my life. I am no longer a teen but as my friend Caz says I am now a "tween" which enables me to put off my looming adulthood if only for one more year. Yes I am in denial and choosing to accept a reality of my own. Hattie threatened me with anti wrinkle cream the other day as a birthday present. I am a lot happier with the fact that she got me Kato Kazuki's new album instead from her trip to Japan. I had a look at her photos and it all looked breath taking. I am very jealous of her and I feel no shame in owning up to it. Who would not be jealous of the trip of a lifetime? Although knowing me I would have spent at least some of the time whilst in Japan trying to track down Kato Kazuki as he is my favourite japanese actor/singer. I know I am such a saddo. Good thing I have people to love me :p

Another thing that brings me joy apart from my friends is Jensen Ackles and yes to some degree Jared Padelaki. I am now the proud owner of the whole second series of Supernatural. It keeps my first season company on my shelf and will be making the long trip to York with me in a few weeks. Supernatural is just plain LOVE in my book. Flo came over the other day after I got the second season and we watched the whole thing together all day bathing in the awesomeness that is Jensen Ackles. Fighting supernatural beings is easier when you are really really ridiculously good looking it has to be said. We both could not stop laughing... the things that the writers come up with are hilarious:

Sam: "What do you want us to do... poke her with a stick?"
(Dean nods his head as if he is actually considering poking the woman who is paralysed)
Sam: "Dude we are not poking her with a stick!"

Could everyone do me a favour and not mention Jensen Ackles in front of Nathan as he knows about my "unrequited ducky love" and lets just say as my bf he does not approve. Lol!

Wow Im finally here at University of York, its amazing ^.^

The first day I came here I was so scared but after only five minutes in the kitchen with my flatmates it felt as if I had known them all for years... lets just say it was a very weird feeling @.@

TOM~
I call him 'Tom Tom' as in the sat nav system. I very ironically named him as his sense of direction is as good as mine which is crap... hehe!!! He is really sweet to hang out with and he even came with me to an art gallery yesterday just to keep me company... can I get an awwwwww! He is the funniest dancer I have ever seen. Him and Emma will definetly have to have a dance off when she comes up.

LAUREN~
She is the 'Mummy' of the group as she looks after us and can actually cook really yummy food which is always appreciated. When I was sick in bed from what was probably a severe lack of sleep she gave me anadin, orange juice and made me a lemon and hunny drink from scratch. I was well enough afterwards to go on a bar crawl...hehe!!! She even has similar taste in music as me... its really scary just how much our music taste is the same... e.g. we both love Panic! At the disco etc...

NATHAN~
Awwwwwww my fellow PS2 geek... wonderful. We bonded over our shared love for Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts and lets not forget Crash Team Racing. Speaking of which I found someone who will thrash Emma at Crash Team Racing... trust me he is really good!!!! He is probably most like me out of all my flatmates as we both have similar interests. Its so scary when we say the same thing at the same time... eeek @.@ He is really funny when he gets going and I always end up in fits of laughter... hehe!!!!

MARY~
She is a Chinease girl with a very strong LA accent. It is rather funny ^.^ She was the first person i talked to and she helped me feel so welcome here... LOL! She is quite gansterie (I know thats not a word but its the only way to describe her). She is always play fighting/ beating up the boys who are all black and blue when they jokingly insult her... lets just say there are a lot of sore arms ^.~

SURAJ~
He's absolutley ace. He is a real gentleman. He helped me carry my heavy books home from Town, gave up his position when we were watching thses guys break dancing just so that I could see them etc... He is always doing considerate things for the girls just to help us out. In return for the Neverland Party I made him a red indian head dress which he absolutly loved... yay me!!!

KATHERINE~
Now I must admit Im not as close to her as I am to the others. Despite that she is still really fun to hang out with. She is sort of a boy in the sense that she enjoys playing football and drinking beer.The other day we both went shopping in town and had a blast jus messing around ^.^

LIAM~
He is very sweet but extremely shy. You normally have to start the converstion and keep asking questions before he opens up, but once he has hes absolutley lovely. He is studing philosophy and so I can talk to him all about the useless stuff I have been learning about for the past two years in A Level RS... yay... its actually usefull who would have thought? I really enjoyed thrashing him at Pirates of the caribbean trumps... whoo hoo!!!

SAM~
Sam like Liam is quite shy and has a weird sense of humour which i am having to adapt to. You can have some really funny conversations with him which I wont go into as you really had to be there at the time to even understand them @.@ Can anyone say confused.com!?!?!Im only kidding, he is a really ace guy to hang around with!

SOPHIE~
I know what all of you are thinking, and NO she is not anything like Sophie Field... Thank God!!! I think I would have wanted to kill myself if she was. She is really nice to hang out with and when we are at the clubs we have fun dancing together ^.^

ALEXI (a.k.a 'Special K')~
In case you are wondering about the nickname the whole flat gave it to him as for the first few days he ignored us and we could not find out his real name. He always eats bowls of Special K and nothing much else. Later we found out that his name was Alexi and that he was an exchange student from Holland currently in his 3rd year which would explain why he would not really want to mix with us... sadness >.<

My Weeked~ The P.A.R.T.Y

After the sleepover at Hattie's house I had to drive to Emma's to get ready for her Dad's 60th birthday party.

It was a bit of a rush getting ready because we had to decorate the birthday cake Paris and her had bought for their Dad. Lets just say it looked 'interesting' after Emma and I had finished with it... oops! I ended up wearing my floaty orange top with my French Connection shoes. Emma wore her baby blue floaty top so in that sense we were kinda matching... hehe ^.^

We ended up having to give one of the guests a lift to the party. I have two words for you... Backseat Driving!!! He kept barking out orders for Emma to follow. Im so happy that it was not me driving ^.^ Later on that night we found out that everyone called the man 'Bird Shit'... hmmmm I wonder why?!?

The party itself was quite cool!!!

Emma's Dad had two massive tents put up. One was the food tent where most of the old people socialised in and later the speeches took place in. The other was the disco tent right at the back of the garden. There was a live band in it and I felt really sorry for them as no one could be bothered to walk up the hill to the tent. They were left playing to an empty room most of the night apart from when Zara, Emma, Georgia, me and Paris were dancing >.< Poor them!!!

I was really suprised when Georgia did not cancel as she seemed to be making a habbit of that lately. We spent most of the night talking and dancing but at a quiet moment in the night I did set her aside to tell her how upset/ frustrated I had become due to her constantly canceling on all of our plans together. She said she had a doctor's oppointment last thursaday afternoon and that I had no right to be upset with her, so I just said I normally check if I have any oppointments etc... before I arrange an outing with friends cos I think its rude to cancel on them after being the one to initally invite them. That seemed to shut her up! Although it slightly upset her I know it was for the best that we cleared the air before she went to uni cos I dont want to grow to resent her, because I still view her as a really close friend ^.^

After Georgia left the party Emma, Zara and me started hanging out with Zara's ex-boyfriend Sam and his mate Max. They are both in their late 20s and revealed some interesting facts to me about Jeremy, for instance he is 28 years old... eeek!!!! Emma neglected to mention that fact in all her mooning over him... what am I going to do with her?!?

At some point during the night I got cornered by this boy named Oliver. He totally flipped out when I said I lived in Sutton and that I use to got to St. Teresa's school. He informed me that he worked in Halfords in Sutton as well as kindly telling me that he knew most of my year intimately... gross!!! He also kindly decided to give me names; Aless, Katie, Jenny, Emma D, Emily etc... the list went on and on. He also went on a lot about Camielle and about how she was boring as well as how she could not take a joke and cried whenever they teased her... Im thinking he fancies her!!!!

By the end of the night we ended up in the top tent dancing to 'Starship Supernova' and 'American Pie' in the tent with the boys who had requested the songs only because they are the longest songs ever... trust me they never seem to end ::insert huge sigh:: Once the DJ left we all just sat down and talked for a bit. Once Zara left the boys had a new mission... to make emma drink meaning we would have to sleep in the tent with them... Emma and me left shortly after that. i was absolutley shatteres cos I had stayed up last night with Hattie watching Formula 17.

The next day Emma and I just chilled. After waking up quite late in the afternoon we went for one of our long walks. Afterwards we watched the new Adam Sandler movie 'Click' which was actually quite good. Not as good as 'happy Gilmore' or 'Billy Maddison' but it was still good nevertheless. Although be warned it is a tad predictable!!!!

Oh well I better go get ready. I need to go pick up the children from school soon. Hattie, Flo, Kirsty, Kim and me are going for one Last Supper before Kim and me go off to university!!! Emma can't make it as she if doing last minute packing for uni which starts tomorrow for her ^.^

My Weekend~ Hattie’s House

After recovering from the London trip I collected Hattie from school on the Friday night and went back to her house for a sleepover ^.^

We started out by watching an episode of ‘Princess Princess D’. Let me tell you this show is so random but funny at the same time. I must admit I hated the fact that the three main boys looked prettier in dresses then I ever could… grrrr… life is so unfair!!! The episode itself was quite amusing~ Mikoto was running away from his fellow princesses, as usual, and somehow ended up getting locked in the school’s basement with one of the Dark Princesses who randomly started to sing about love half way through the show. Both me and Mikoto where very confused… I’m guessing that the writers are hinting at a love relationship between the two of them in the next series… hmmmm.

Afterwards we decided to start watching ‘Kamen Rider Kabuto’ which is Katou Kazuki’s new show. As most of you know I absolutely love him and he is my favourite Japanese actor, he plays Atobe Keigo in Tenimyu and has the most amazing singing voice. Sadly he does not appear in the series till episode 10 so that night I did not get to see him >.< Despite this the show is actually really interesting and I found myself enjoying it even with Katou. It is a bit like ‘Power Rangers’ meets ‘Beetle Borgs’ only better.

There are three main characters, Tendou, Hiyori and Kagami. Tendou is Kabuto (Beetle) and is always saying: “my grandmother said this…” which does get a little annoying after a while. Kagami works with the ZECT organisation and is really goofy adding layers of humour into the show. He tries his best but somehow this is never good enough and Tendou has to keep saving him. Hiyori is a bit of a recluse and there is a dark secret lurking about her past, but she is an amazing cook which is what originally catches Tendou’s attention. I think that there might be a relationship between her and Tendou in the next series.

When Katou Kazuki finally makes his appearance in episode 10 he is Daisuke who is a make up artist as well as Drake (Dragonfly). He is so funny, he really will go after any woman just to do their make up, he claims to be “like the wind” meaning he is the love them and leave them type. Surprisingly he looks after a little orphan girl named Gon and tries to protect her which is really sweet ^.^ The funniest moment in the show is when Kagami passes out on the table after trying to make Daisuke join ZECT. Daisuke does his make up and Kagami wakes up and sees it, actually liking it… hehehe!!!!

Before Hattie and I went to bed we saw the elusive Formula 17 which was even better than I thought it would be. Let’s just say you should watch this film when you’re not in the mood to use your brain. The star of the movie was Yu has the best facial expressions in the world and absolutely cracked me up. Bai was also very cool and has the cutest smile ::insert fan girl scream::

***** GUILDFORD ******

Due to the fact that my poor Flo had a ragging cold and Kim also could not make our planned trip to London for that Saturday Hattie and me decided to go to Guildford instead.

We went into various shops including the Punky Fish shop. I bought this really cool new top which was in the sale for £10. Afterwards we were both hungry and we went and had lunch at Wagamuma’s. We were seated right next to Sarah Gifford and her friend, I think her name was Jess but I’m not sure. As you have probably guessed both are St. Teresa’s girls and in Hattie’s year. Lunch was a bit uncomfortable to say the least. We both let out huge sighs of relief once we left.

We then visited various book shops looking for some Japanese books for Hattie. I ended up buying some manga~ Demon Diary 1 and 2. I also considered buying Eerie Queerie which looked like quite a good series but I decided to wait till I was at Uni as it is probably cheaper to buy all 4 books off Amazon.

Before I left for Emma’s house to attend her Dad’s 60th, as you can see it was a very long day for me last Saturday, Hattie kindly plugged in her hardrive into my laptop and gave me some of her shows to save me having to download them on dial up, which would have taken a very long, long, long time.

She gave me:

*** Kamen Rider Kabuto (although not complete, I need to download the last 4 episodes)

…etc You get the point ^.^

The London trip with Emma

***** Well I've had an 'interesting' couple of days ******

First off Georgia called me on monday and invited me and Emma out to London on thursday because she could not make the trip me and the rest of the gang had planned for saturday. As you have probably guessed I really, really did not want to have to go to London twice in one week to exactly the same places >.< But as I am sorta a nice person I reluctantly agreeded only because I wanted to see Georgia. Sadly this meant Emma also did not want to go to London twice and canceled going on saturday meaning only Hattie, Kim and Flo cwould be going with me.

So on wednesday night I picked Emma up for a sleepover so that we could catch a train into London the next day. We had so much fun. We watched Scrubs, Supernatural goofs and the Cutting Edge... suddendly the unthinkable happened... Georgia cancled on us at 12 o'clock at night.... grrrrrrrrr which really, really pissed me off, as she had an appointment in the afternoon. Now I dont know about you guys but I usually check what I am doing before I invite people to come out with me... Georgia obviously does not >.< This meant that not only did I have to got to London twice, but there was no longer the reason as to why I had agreed to go in the first place. Lets just say one was not amused to say the least!!!!!!!

****** LONDON ******

Emma and me got into London around noon and I decided that one of us needed to learn how to use the underground... me! We tried to find Forbidden Planet on New Oxford Street so imagine my horror when there was no stop for New Oxford Street... in the end we went to Oxford Circus and somehow managed to find it with my amazing sense of direction... yay!!!!

Then we went to Leicster Square and had lunch which was very yummy. Emma then decided that we should try and find this market she went to last time she was in London. She thought it was in Regent Street and so we walked all the way down it before finding out it was actually in Covent Garden... eeek!!! So we had to walk all the way back... by this point my feet where killing me so when we reached the market after a long pain-filled walk Emma treated me to some flip flops. The market was quiet cool and Emma bought her Dad his birthday presents ^.^

Afterwards I took Emma to Camden Town ^.^ We went to the market and into the Cyborg shop which she found immense... hehe!!!!! By 6 o'clock we both had enough of London and decided it was time to go home. By this point I was crippled by the flip flops Emma had bought me and was getting massive blisters, but I was not allowed to complain as Emma had kindly bought them for me >.<

****** HOME *****

I was so happy to get home and after I had dropped Emma off home I sat down and treated myself to the joys of 'Sukisho'. Incase you are wondering what this unpronouncable japanese thing is, it is actually my birthday present from Emma which she had ordered off amazon and it had just come ^.^

I was soooooooooo tired and sore I really was not feeling up to going out again for quite a while. But that night I got a phone call from Hattie inviting me over to her house the next day... although tired i was actually really excited as Hattie and me had not had one of our sleepovers in ages ^.^

***HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIM***

As you have probably guessed, yesterday was the Mighty Kimsky's 19th Birthday... wow she is really getting old... just think in a years time she will be hitting the Big TWO ZERO... eek... wait... back up... so will I for that matter... waaaaaaaaa!!!!!!

Anyway moving on from that scary thought... to celebrate Kim's birthday she invited Flo, Hattie and me to come to Pete's palace. So I had to so the long drive from Sutton all the way to Woking picking Hattius up in the process ^.^

When we arrrived in the car park half an hour later than we should have it was time for pressies... yay my favourite part!!! We had to open them there cos Flo had gone OTT with her present.

*** Flo got her a huge box filled with all the survival things needed for uni... as you can guess vodka and wine played a big part in the present!!!! I must say I much prefered my box filled with memories she gave me for my birthday a few weeks ago ^.^

*** Hattie got her tickets to see some random comedion... dont really know who it is and dont really care... as long as Kim is happy with it thats the main thing!!! Trust me she was over the moon about it ^.^

*** Then came my boring and much expected present. I had fullfilled my promise to her and bought her the much loved Brokeback Mountain on DVD. I also got her as an extra little gift these cute little earings that literally screamed "KIM" to me when I saw them!!!!

Afterwards the funnniest thing happened... well maybe second funniest cos Georgia locking her car in the car park was hillarious... Kim locked her car keys in her car boot with all her fab presents... lets just say she was not best pleased!!!! Lucky for her, her mum had the spare key and drove all the way to Woking to give it to her ^.^ awww that was very nice og her.

It was just a fun night in general, we had dinner, went for a walk where me and Hattie talked about the joys of Princess Princess D, Formula 17, Garou and Katou Kazuki in a bathrobe... yummmy ^.^. We eventually ended up in this little cafe above the theatre where we had ice cream and the funniest conversation about japanease Big Brother... basically it involves a naked man in a plain room with loads of cameras pointing at him... hehe...

Nya.. Im tired so Im going to go!

Yesterday was so much fun. I got presents... yay ^.^

~~ A new laptop!!!!!! It has a high glossy widescreen, a multi regional DVD player and is made by COMPAQ

~~They also bought me some mahusive speakers to go with it, not that it needs speakers as it is very loud already, but they will be good for uni e.g ipod and when I watch movies on my laptop!!!!!!

~~ I also got a Tiffany style bracelett

~~ A really cool top that looks as if it could have come from the Cyborg shop in Camden ^.^

~~~From America Daddy is bringing me One Tree Hill Series 2 and he is looking to see if One Tree Hill series 3 has been released over there

Yesterday Emma came over and we went shopping ^.^ We went Club Paris and I bought this cute little skirt ^.^ Emma suprised me cos she did not buy anything and normally she spends a small fourtune in that shop!

Later we went to this little mexican place down the road!!!! We had some yummy cocktails, I had a Blue Movie and Emma had a Peach Snaps I think... hmmmmmmm... we both also had fajitas which were heaven. We also got these horrible hats we had to wear, I got mum to swap with me so I got the cowboy hat which made me happier.

They also played some really good music which Emma and I ended up dancing to and ended up slightly humiliating ourselves!

All in all it was a good birthday ♥ ♥ ♥

Hattie even put up a really sweet birthday post which put a huge smile on my face ^.^

Hey

Mummy went up to Scotland yesterday so Im home alone... again... whats new?!?

At the moment I am watching 'Mean Girls'. God I love that film. It is soooo funny... tee hee. The Plastics Rock!!! I cant believe Ally has never seen this film... where has she been living?!?

Ally came home to give me my birthday presents today cos she wont be here on my real birthday. She is on holiday with Ben her boyfriend and she wanted to see my face as I opened my gifts... so yay me ^.^ She is so sweet she got me the new Christina Aguilera: Back to Basics, Angel PJs, a leather purse that I love and a cute little address book for uni. So thoughtful of her!!!!

On the topic of my birthday the plans for saturday are being finalised. Most of the people invited can come... yay... I get to see people I have not been able to talk to in ages. I think the total number of people going is around 13. Unlucky... eek!!!!!!

Tomorrow is a day of shopping with Ally!!!!! I cant wait, I love shopping. Note to self 'must remember not to spend too much money'. At least Emma wont be with me encouraging me to spend, spend, spend!

Heya Everyone ^.^

Its so funny there is now a very long line of people who have said to me "I told you so" about my results.

There was even this guy called Chris, who works with my sister at John Lewis, who I sort of know but dont really talk to a lot who said 'was there ever any doubt' about me getting 3As for my Alevels. My response was 'hell yeah there was'... well at least in my warped mind there was @.@

Im very, very happy today as my friends, the Mighty Hattius and the Amazing Flojo, are finally back from World Challeng... yay ^.^

They both seemed to have an amazing time and with the photos Hattie posted its almost as if I was with them... 'almost' being the key word!!!!!!!

Apparently Hattie even got proposed to in the street by a random guy and was force fed coconuts by him... poor, poor her. How on earth does she get herself into these types of situations?!? Confused dot com @.@

Also due to the amazing people that they are, they both did very well in their As Levels... yay!!!!! I am very proud of them. Hattie got 100% in the 8/16 papers that she sat and got 100% fully in English lit and Japanease (there was never any doubt in my mind as she loves this subject to death and revised for it by watching countless hours of tenimyu... must have been torture for her... tee hee ^.^)

Hattie and me are having our joint birthday party this saturday at TGI Fridays in Guildford... should be fun!!!
We are going to have to start organising that ^.^ as well as inviting people... guest list of about 16 people at the moment I think @.@

I have just sent off my accomodation forms for York, fingers crossed that I get good one, as well as sending off for my university identity card and registering online.

A ♥ VERY ♥ SCARY ♥ THOUGHT!!!

I even just got a gorgeous bag to carry around all my files and books.

Daddy came home today but he is off again with Mum to a wedding. Little Stu's wedding. When I was really young my mum and his mum kept talking about how we were going to get married... Im finally free at last!!!!!!!

Daddy has offered to buy me some CDs and DVDs from America. One word 'Supernatural'. Yes I know I dont have an all regions DVD player but Mum has been talking to me about my new laptop and what I want it to have and I specified that I wanted it to have an all regions DVD player so I can watch my anime and buy series such as 'One Tree Hill' from America for a much cheaper price e.g. It costs $15 in America and £50 in England.

Speaking of laptops its 2 weeks to my birthday... yay ^.^

Hattie and Flo are back on Monday... woooo hooo!!!!

OMG... Im so happy ^.^

Yesterday I went out with Georgia, Kim and Emma to Wagamuma's to cheer myself up as I was feeling really down and nervous about my Alevel results. I really, really needed to get over 3Bs so that I could get into my first choice university. I did not want to end up in my second choice Nottingham, despite Georgia going there, as I had my heart set on York!

Not only is today the Mad Hatter's 17th Birthday, Happy Birthday Hattie, but it was also the dreaded Dooms-Day... ALEVEL RESULTS Day >.<

I did not get into school till around 12ish as mum slept in. As soon as I got there the reception lady knew who I was as I was the only one out of my whole year who had not gotten their results.... oooops!

I was soooo scared when I was handed the envelope... I was even shaking a bit! Instead of letting me slip away and go open my results in the car with mum the reception lady made me go to Mrs G's office and open them in front of Mrs G and Mrs Prescott. As I was looking at the sheets of paper to try and figure out what I got, as they are quite complex little pieces of paper, Mrs Prescott just said "Alana you got 3As!" I was sooooooo shocked and very happy. I thought I would get maybe 1A and 2Bs but to get 3As was amazing. Mrs G even gave me a massive hug and I had to have my photo taken with her.

As I said before... Im soooooo Happy!!!!

I still cant believe I got As in RS and English, I expected it in Art but I thought perhaps I got Bs in the other two. Also I am amazed I got straight As (exam papers) in RS and Art, and my English exam papers were As it was just my coursework which was a B. I even got 100% in one of the english papers @.@

My mum was sooooooooooo sweet yesterday, she bought me a cute playboy bag, a blue nosed bear and gave me some £££. You know what that means... shopping today with Emma in Sutton ^.^

***** Kim the clever girl got 4As as I knew she would... now I need to collect my money from our bet from her. Best of all she is going to Oxford!!!! However she found out that she has to go to the all girls college... ha ha ^.^

***** Georgia got the 2As and the B she needed in order for her to go to Nottingham... yay her!

***** Joyce told me she got the 2As she needed to get into her uni in Hong Kong... go her!

***** Carina of course got 4As, I would not have expected anything less!

***** Emma, despite not getting the grades, still can go to Portsmouth, just on a slightly different course to what she originally applied for. She is now going to study Law and Business instead of Law and Pscychology.

N.I.C.K.Y♥ IS BACK in the main Big Brother House (yes I know Im sad for watching it... but hey get over it). Her and Pete are soooo cute together now that he finally knows he loves her... yay!!!!

Also Im so excited, today is the day of the sleepover and everyone can make it even Georgia who had told me she could not come.

I heard from Flo♥ again. It sounds as if Hattie♥ is having a horrible time on World Challenge... poor, poor her. It's such a shame, this was meant to be the trip of a lifetime for both of them. Now it just appears to be a bit of a nightmare >.< I hope the trekking might cheer her up a bit because she loves to walk. I know she's not feeling well (understatement of the year) but hopefully that might help raise her spirits!!!!! At least I sent Flo some Tenimyu♥ photos with my email for Hattie to look at... thats bound to put a little smile on her face ^.^

It's very exciting here, had a really upsetting day cause we left the orphans. Kim i know you don't like children but even you would have loved these. they had perfected large eyerd cuteness. PLUS THEY WEREN"T LIKE ENGLISH CHILDREN HEY WERE REALLY POLITE AND EAGER to help and learn ok the key bopard is being strange skuse the weirdnes of the writing> back to the CHILDREN. very sweet, taught me to count in khmer, and we played basket ball, and we played handclapping games, we danced to cambodian music, it's not that great, bit odd. at any rate they are very sweet.

So tomorrow we go to Siem Reap and then to Ankor wat and then bangkok then trekking etc. it's all good. Hattie went a bit funny for a day or too,think it all got too much, but she seems ok now. everyone else is all ok, no major breakups. we did have a bit of a 'hateCat'sesion but shes got a lot better and i think that weré all good.

Other than that, it's really hot and very cheap. Food is amazing.

So glad i eat meat now, and cutting my hair was such a good idea.

Missing you lots, but am having too much fun to care,

Wow I cant believe it is 8 days until our results... Im so worried @.@ I am praying that I got the 3Bs I needed to go to York University... Fingers crossed X

Im so excited mum is going away on a Bridge trip this weekend and Im having a sleepover on saturday with Emma, Carina, Georgia and Kim as a sort of pre-exam result celebration before Dooms Day!!! We are going to have take-away from this fab Chinease place... yummy ^.^

Last week I went to Nandos and saw the film Carz with Emma and Georgia. The film was quite good despite what I original thought about it... that it would be rubbish.

The funniest thing happened afterwards... Georgia had a car locked in the car park as she had not bothered to check the closing times. She called a man to come and unlock it but we had to wait around in the rain for an hour. Emma and me went a bit hyper and started messing around, playing music off our mobiles and singing. Although we quickly sobered up when we heard screaming, thank god the man came to unlock the car park just after that ^.^

A few days later Emma came to my house and we played PS2, watched some movies, made the yummiest milkshakes and we went shopping. She bought 3 fab tops and I bought a cool Pimp Hat... oh yeah!!!

Also Film Four has been so good for my anime fix as it has showed Laputa:Castle in the Sky, Princess Monoke and Nausicaa: Valley of the Wind. They were quite good but I have wathed better!

Sorry I have not updated but I have not been on the internet in ages... I've become slightly addicted to Final Fantasy X2 on PS2... damn Hattie and her amazing collection of playstation games ^.^... I have now got square eyes [].[]... still need to properly start Final Fantasy 9

I had fun at Kirsty's house. Hattie bought her tennis raquet and we pretented to be characters from Tenipuri and talked about how Katou Kazuki would not be impressed with our lame tennis skills. But we discovered we formed a good combination in doubles... or at least what could sorta be called doubles... Emma just watched the whole thing looking slightly amused at our insaneness @.@!!!!!!!!!

Im off to a sleepover at Hattie's tonight because on thursday Flo and her are off on World Challenge for FOUR WEEKS >.< and so we are kinda having a farewell sleepover. Im going to miss them so much!!!!! This means I have to hound Emma for company... POOR HER!

Hattie also told me she has part one of my birthday present ordered online... Im thinking it has got to be something to do with anime or manga or even JPOP ^.^ I wonder what I am going to get her... hmmmmmm... oh well I have four weeks... at least I designed her birthday card last night... yay ^.^

I have had such a fun couple of days... yay ♥

Firstly I went to Emma's for sunday and monday. It was so much fun! We went swimming in her nice cold pool which was heaven considering it was boiling hot outside, had lunch in the park, walked to the downs and back which was refreshing, had a BBQ as well as getting application forms for the RAC although Emma did loose hers on the down for a bit until I found a place to pull over so that she could go get it.

We also met Georgia and saw the film 'Superman'. Let me just tell you that 'Superman' was a hell of a lot better than a cetain 'film that must not be named' due to its boring plot and general evilness. However I would have liked a lot more of Clarke/lois than simply just Superman/Lois becaise I always thought than in order for Lois to truly love Superman she needed to be able to love Clarke as well. Was not really feeling anything between them >.<... oh well

Peter's Palace was fun I got to see Hattius, Flo, Kimsky, Hannah and Emma of course... by tuesday she probably wanted to kill me just because she was sick of me >.< The food was yummy although I think the drinks were a little expensive... I mean they charged for TAP WATER!!!!! So not cool!!!!!

Then I went to Hatties and we just chilled out and watched some anime; Gakuen Heaven, Ouran Highschool Host Club, Princess Princess, Sukisho etc... Also we watched Tenimyu which just rocks!!!! I love it so much. I finally got to see the amazing duet between Atobe and Tezuka which, as Hattie says, was the smex!!! The both have such fab voices ^.^ Also Hattie gave me some new icons for livejournal of Katou who plays Atobe!!!!!! They are soooooooo pretty ^.^

Hattie is so sweet she even lent me Final Fantasy X2 and Final Fantasy 9 on playstation complete with guides to keep me amused at home ^.^ You can clearly see why I love her and going to her house. She even lent me some manga... yay ♥

I think Im off to Kirsty's on Friday for her birthday party, which should be cool as the whole gang is going. I brought her present earlier so I hope she likes it!!!!

Today has been a average day despite me getting up at six o'clock ^.^

I got my car it's MOT in Epsom ^.^ Found out it had run out at the end of June... whoops @.@

I then proceeded to watch some Gravitation... yay... pika pika Shuichi ^.^ I still love that show even after all these months of having it on replay... I really am so sad!!!!!!! I adore the Super Drive Song!!!!!!!!

I then did some aerobics, as I have been pigging out on fudge brownie cookies, to Emma's immense remix year 11 CD.

I also had a long conversation with Kim, I even got her to read Live journal and she of course saw some of my comments about her and could not stop laughing ^.^ We agreed that we have got to get the gang together for a meal at Pete's Palace on tuesday to make up for the fact that we missed it because of a 'film that shall not be named' due to its utter evilness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am also applying for a job at John Lewis in Oxfird Street, of course it helps to have Alex there to put a good word in for me... so fingers crossed X. I even know the doorman Chris Fairbanks because Emma and me went on holiday a few times with their family and had fantastic water balloon fights ^.^

I am so depressed. Not only is school over F.O.R.E.V.E.R we went and watched an utterly crap film. I know I really wanted to see it but it really sucked. I hated that plot, knightly sucked big time, I even hated Johnny at the end of it and was happy when he died!!! The only good scene was when Orlando was stripped but that was proceeded by some harsh whipping >.< I am not happy >.<

It has not sunk in that I am never going back to St. Teresa's. It will hit me in september when I am on the train to uni. OMG I am going to miss my amazing friends sooooooooooo much. I think I am going to go insane without them. They have kept me entertained and I love them for surviving me... yes I know I am a moody b***** but hey I have not reached Kim standards yet. Yet being the key word. *Lub you all*

Hattie cheered me up with her anime music in the car and I finally got my banner to work... yay ^.^ It is sooooooo pretty "pika pika" and I adore it. Thankyou my Mad Hatter!!!!!! K.A.T.O.U. K.A.Z.U.K.I. ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay so the ball wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, on the other hand it wasn't all that great. Such a let down after all the hype, I had more fun with Emma today ^.^

Everyone looked stunning in their dresses. I loved Hattie's from Monsoon it was so pretty and contrasted with her funky new pink hair. Emma's £15 dress from Club Paris was super cool, she looked fab in it and everyone loved it... she was so happy that I forced her into buying and wearing it. Go Me!!!! I was also amazed to see Kim... yes you heard right... KIM in a dress ^.^ She also looked pretty althoough she would strongly throtle me for saying so.

I thought I looked nice, even if I do say so myself. Andrew even paid for me to have a haircut. I like it... its a bit different but very me. Emma D had the same dress as me in black but everyone was really sweet and said it looked so much better on me, which was very kind of them... thanx guys ^.^ We did look very different in it cos we had different accessories so it wasn't that bad... well I didn't care much Emma D was horrified which was well worth wearing the same dress as her in my opinion... tee hee, tee hee

Today was so much fun. It was so relaxing especially after the ball rush. First Emma and me went to the park and had a picnic which was very yummy, then we went swimming in her cold pool which was heaven cos of the scorching heat and we ended up having a BBQ. I even cooked all the food so if I die of food poisonig its my own fault... soz guys >.<

Hattie even finished desining my new LJ layout ^.^ Its cool but the banner of Katou Kazuki, which she made for me is missing, so I need to fix that next week. Its gonna look so fab I can't wait for it to be all finished.

Its so sad. Starting tomorrow my last few days at St.T's will be over *cries* even Joyce Leung has left for good today >.< I have to stay in touch with her and my other amazing friends.

Wow, I have finished all my exams and I am so happy ^.^ IM FREE!!!!!!!! I have been so lucky this year because none of the exam questions were hard and I knew basically everything that came up... lets hope I was able to answer to an A grade (fingers crossed x).

I watched the end of Desperate Housewives last night. May I just asked what the hell happened to Mike?!? Also why does Bree always fall for the psychos?!? You think a girl would have learned her lesson by now after George and Rex @.@

I am so hyper because I am at Hattie's house ^.^ She is so sweet and is letting me stay till saturday... lets hope she does not get bored of me and decide to kill me ^.- We filled our morning with loads of anime ^.^ I even saw the ending of Loveless which was soooooooooooooo sad but really good. I very nearly cried, nearly being the key word in that sentence!!!! It also left me slightly confused...

Hattie is going to help be make a new banner for my Livejournal and reset my layout. She is so good at that sort of thing, I mean just look at her amazing Aya banner for proof ^.^ I am thinking Kato Kazuki (Tenimyu's Atobe... fan-girl squeal) as the key icon because I am so in love with him at the moment... yes I know he is japanease but he is soooo cute and has an amazing voice so I am cool with being weird! Also when I am at University using Livejournal it would be an eternal reminder to me of how good friends Hattie and I have become and that I want to keep in touch with her always ^.^ Luv you babes xxx

OMG Charmed is over forever >.<

Last nights episode was the best!

Piper took Coop's (cupid and Phoebe's future husband)ring and went back in time with Leo. First they ended up way, way in the past where Piper's mum was still alive, before Phoebe or Paige were born. And she joined them on their quest to save Phoebe and Paige. Then they ended up in the future where Piper and Leo were grandparents playing scrable. Then they went to the past picked up Grams and went to when Phoebe and Paige were almost killed and saved them... yay

Then BEST OF ALL Chris and Wyatt came from the future... yay...(cos Wyatt lost his powers due to them being stolen by the bad guys) and so they wanted to figure what happened to them . They were adorable, finishing each others' sentences. Flo and I agree Chris is hotter than Wyatt. He was all stubbly and handsom whilst Wyatt was preppy.

It had such a sweet ending it showed Phoebe getting married to Coop and having 3 daughters. Paige with her cop husband and her twins and son and doing her whitelighter duties. Then Piper and Leo and their sons making their first potion and lastly Piper with her grandchildren!

WHAT THE HELL AM I GOING TO DO WITH THE REST OF MY LIFE NOW THAT CHARMED IS OVER?!? It got me through some rough patches where it was the only thing in english on spanish tv in Venezuela >.<

I love them all ^.^
